Rental Services
Community Partners provides full service management for real estate owners starting with a market evaluation of your property. Our in-house experts with evaluate your property and guide you towards choosing rental rates which are both competitive in the market and profitable to the owner. After a rate is found, Community Partners will handle the advertisement, placement and management of your unit and the renters helping you, the owner, save time, money and the hassle of late night phone calls!
After a market evaluation, Community Partners will advertise your unit through our many channels and fill find the perfect tenant(s) for your unit!
Tenant Screening and Application Process
Community Partners will screen all your prospective tenants and run all applicable background checks and credit reports to find the top candidates for your property. This will insure a great relationship/arrangement the renter and the management company as well as a worry free situation for you, the owner!
After screening the tenant, Community Partners will supply a comprehensive lease which complies with all federal and state laws. This will insure the owner and tenant are protect in the event of unforeseen circumstances. One of our leasing professionals will sit down with the prospective tenant and go over the lease, answer any questions and sign the agreement with the new tenant.
Upon signing any lease, Community Partners will collect a security deposit (one month's rent) up front and will aid the tenant in scheduling a move-in date and filling out all applicable paperwork.
