Property Walk Throughs
Because board members don't typically have time to walk the interior and exterior of the community night and day to find burnt light bulbs, spots on the carpet, peeling paint, rotting window sills or any of the little things which keep a community looking nice, we do this for you. Our property managers maintain a schedule of timely and consistent interior and exterior walk-throughs of the property. We keep a detailed list of each visit and submit recommendations and observations to the board. This will allow you to keep your property looking clean and well maintained.
Our property managers are trained to spot not only the little things, but also the big ticket items. Whether it be shingles wearing out, siding issues, rotting wood on decks, driveway/sidewalk cracks and pot holes our team well keep you up to speed on the overall condition of the property.
Venders
Finding the right vender for a job can be a hassle. Instead of board members spending hours scoring Angie's List and Google to find the right vender to take on a project, Community Partners has built relationships with many venders around the twin cities area to save you time and bad experiences. We work with the board to detail the scope of any project and then go through the steps to find, interview, get competitive bids and even to manager the vender during the work. All the while providing the board with updates on progress. This way you are receiving quality work on everything from door replacements to siding replacements.

On top of finding and managing venders we will keep up to date contracts on file each year for each vender employed. We pursue proper insurance coverages and W9 forms before any contracting decisions are made. This ensures your community is always getting legal workers, assuming minimal insurance risk and receiving the best service possible.
